The staff is the friendliest and extremely welcoming. of Ft. Lauderdale and Keiser University. It is certainly understandable that above average noise can be disruptive, and our team always works with all neighbors involved to address these matters. I have read the other reviews on here and can say that despite the manager responding with "we're trying" I'm not seeing any of this effort. Furnished apartments are very useful if you are setting up a family member with a new place, want to save money on buying furniture, or want a very quick move-in that is ready to go from the first day. We can all expect some noise from living in an apartment complex, as most have thin walls, and heck I face the party side of the street with the train tracks and I consider that white noise and that doesnt bother me, but the sounds directly above my apartment from the 13th floor as Im on the 12th go from loud stumping, constant bouncing things on the floor, dogs barking, to sounding like someone is building a freaking house directly above you, every single day, all day, you can hear the slamming of doors, constant dragging things across the floor, and waking up to those sounds every morning, at times at 4am, loud stumping, bouncing of objects like tools or idk a ball or heavy object hitting the hardwood floor type of sound, & hearing them all day, not a fun experience.
